Use and Care
Before installation, inspect the planter, slotted rail, divider, drain ports, plugs, hooks, knobs, bolts, and washers. Confirm the railing owner permits installation and that its shape and rated capacity suit the complete filled weight. Assemble both brackets according to the included card, tighten evenly, verify both hooks fully engage, and recheck all hardware regularly. Remove the planter during severe weather or whenever movement is observed. Use only on or from a structure rated for the total filled load. Confirm stable placement before adding growing medium. Keep drainage paths open and protect surfaces below from runoff. Do not place near flame, heaters, or high-temperature surfaces. Clean with mild soap and water, rinse, and dry fully; avoid abrasive tools and solvents. Empty before moving. Discontinue use if the pot, rim, base, bracket, hook, chain, eyelet, plug, or saucer cracks, bends, separates, or no longer supports the load safely.
